I love making images. Moving, still, analogue, digital, collaboratively, solo, for money and for fun.
I’m an experienced motion designer and art director with a passion for creativity and collaboration. I have 20 years industry experience in television. If you have a creative problem, I can solve it.
My super power is wrangling designers. Designers come in all flavours. Conceptual, technical, 3D peeps, geeks, animators, compositors, print. Loud ones, quiet ones. I speak their language. I have strong leadership skills and over ten years experience managing small and large multi-disciplined design teams. I’m constantly inspired by the creative energy that sparks from collaboration. I have directed many highly experienced teams in both free to air and subscription television. I have an eye for talent and excellent skills in recruitment of designers for creative services.
As a designer, I love clear conceptual work that is crafted well. It’s a delight to bring a creative idea to life. But if I’m not on the tools, then I’m making sure I’m working with the right people to make that happen.
